In this role, you’ll manage inbound inquiries, engage existing customers, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling our fiber services. You’ll play a key role in helping customers understand the value of our services while contributing directly to company growth through strong sales performance and relationship building. A Day in the Life You’ll start your day reviewing your pipeline and preparing to connect with customers. Throughout the day, you’ll handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, answering questions, presenting solutions, and closing sales. You’ll also spend time making outbound calls to existing customers—identifying opportunities to upgrade services, renew contracts, or expand their solutions. Between calls, you’ll update your CRM, track your progress toward goals, and collaborate with your team to refine strategies and share insights.
