As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls from both new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or insurance.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking, including effective communication and typing while engaging with customers.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses.
  • Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours.
  • Reside within 50 miles of our Liberty Lake, WA office.
