About The Position

The Commercial Inside Sales Representative supports the growth and operational success of the Commercial Service Center (CSC) by delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge, order support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure an efficient and positive customer experience. The representative contributes to sales performance by identifying opportunities, supporting commercial account needs, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account support is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond effectively to inquiries and service needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales and operations environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems.
  • Ability to understand and apply applicable regulatory or safety requirements when relevant.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry knowledge, particularly in the swimming pool or related trades, is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with retail, distribution, or operational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers through consistent communication and service support.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, order assistance, and solutions to support customer needs.
  • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with Pro Account Executives and CSC leadership.
  • Salesforce case maintenance, including, but not limited to, leads, account data management, queue management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate accurate order processing and fulfillment to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Partner with operations and warehouse teams to support timely product preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, systems, policies, and procedures to effectively support customers and internal partners.
  • Contribute to overall CSC performance by supporting sales, service, and operational objectives.
  • Participate in required training, safety initiatives, and compliance programs.
