Commercial HVAC Lead Technician

FE304 LLCPhiladelphia, PA
Onsite

About The Position

We are a growing property management company looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Technician to join our in-house HVAC team. We’re looking for someone with real-world, hands-on experience who can troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment—and bring that knowledge to the table. Our portfolio currently includes 700+ HVAC units across several commercial properties in the Philadelphia area. Unlike a traditional HVAC service company where you're running calls at different customer locations all day, these are our buildings and our equipment. We perform most preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in-house. You'll have the opportunity to become familiar with the equipment, understand each building's systems, and actually follow repairs and improvements through over time. This is a great position for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting and wants the stability of an in-house role without constantly being dispatched to new customers every day. You'll work on a broad range of equipment, and no two days are exactly the same. We want someone who knows the trade, takes pride in figuring out problems, and wants to be part of a team where their experience and input are valued.
