About The Position

Parks Chevrolet Richmond is seeking a full-time Commercial Fleet Sales professional to join their team in Richmond, VA. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a database of active leads and build relationships with those leads
  • Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet Commercial Sales goals
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
  • Engages in business development
  • Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  • Address customer concerns
  • Ensure quality deliveries of all fleet sales
  • Engage customer after a sale for follow-up
  • Other job duties as assigned by your manager
