They specialize in providing work trucks, cargo vans, upfitted vehicles, medium-duty trucks, and high-volume fleet solutions to various businesses including small businesses, contractors, construction companies, landscapers, utility companies, municipal fleets, and corporate fleet operations. The commercial team are experts in fleet purchasing strategies, vehicle upfitting & specifications, fleet financing solutions, business tax advantages, and volume fleet acquisition.

Requirements

  • Automotive sales professionals with at least 2 years of quality experience
  • Ideally candidates with Commercial Fleet experience
  • High-performing professionals from comparable backgrounds such as: Door-to-door sales, Business development call centers, B2B outside sales, Marketing & social media-driven sales
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Comfortable making cold calls and in-person business visits
  • Skilled at building rapport with business owners and decision-makers
  • Organized with strong follow-up habits
  • Confident in delivering professional presentations
  • Passionate about marketing and social media outreach
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role or extensive experience in a sales role with a proven sales record preferably within the automotive industry
  • Ability to profile guests and potential clients to the benefit of your business development opportunities
  • Comfortable with technology and innovation
  • High level of communication skill, incorporating written, spoken, and oral communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build effective business & work relationships across a broad variety of personality styles
