About The Position

Sioux Falls Ford is actively hiring a Commercial & Fleet Sales Consultant to join one of the highest-performing Ford dealerships in the country. Our team ranks in the Top 3% of Ford dealerships nationwide for sales volume, and we are continuing to grow our Commercial and Fleet department to better serve businesses across the region. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships with business owners, contractors, municipalities, and commercial customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and fleet customers
  • Generate new commercial and fleet business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Assist commercial customers in selecting the right trucks, vans, and fleet solutions based on their business needs and budgets
  • Become knowledgeable in Ford commercial vehicles, upfit options, fleet programs, financing, leasing, and manufacturer incentives
  • Coordinate vehicle orders, specifications, and delivery timelines for commercial customers
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and walkarounds focused on productivity, capability, and business applications
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Work closely with sales managers, finance teams, and upfit partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up activities
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives
