Courtesy CDJR dealership, is seeking a Fleet Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to promote and sell our automotive fleet solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE CDJR EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience in automotive fleet sales or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the Phoenix metro area and nationwide.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the goals of Courtesy Fleet Ram.
  • Provide detailed product information, proposals, and presentations tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the automotive market.
