About The Position

The Senior Commercial/Fixtures Quotations Coordinator assists with developing quotations for Commercial Fixture projects and provides outstanding customer service. The role supports the Quotations function administratively, coordinates project information and vendor quotations, and maintains accurate records and documentation. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. The listed pay range is $25.27–$35.41 per hour, based on experience; the role is also eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, quotations, or inside sales.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and focus on quality output.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage oneself.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a highly deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Quotations function.
• Manage and monitor the Quotations shared email inbox.
• Create and maintain projects in BidTracer software.
• Request RFQs from vendors and organize received quotations.
• Respond professionally to incoming phone calls and emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Partner with the Quotations Manager on project coordination, updates, and administrative tasks.
• Follow up with sales associates and customers to determine project award status.
• Assist with preparing and assembling submittals and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Follow company compliance, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
