About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a full-time Commercial Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role is part of a store team focused on customer service, safe and timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with commercial accounts. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.

The driver works with store personnel and commercial accounts, follows delivery schedules and company policies, loads and unloads parts, collects returns and other items, processes payments, and helps maintain delivery vehicles. The schedule is flexible and may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to support team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to make safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay informed about promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report any issues.
