Requirements
- 3+ years of sales, construction, or related experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand building concepts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Procore experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new commercial construction opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet with customers to understand project goals and building needs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Attend networking events and municipal meetings
- Follow up with current and past customers regarding future projects
