Requirements

• 3+ years of sales, construction, or related experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building concepts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Procore experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new commercial construction opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet with customers to understand project goals and building needs
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Attend networking events and municipal meetings
• Follow up with current and past customers regarding future projects
