About The Position

ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The role includes organizing shifts and assigning tasks, training team members on ServiceMaster standards and procedures, inspecting work and providing feedback, responding to customer requests and concerns, and enforcing safety and OSHA regulations. The position requires supervisory experience, English proficiency, a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical tasks include standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
