Cleaning Supervisor
About The Position
OneService Commercial Building Maintenance, Inc., a division of OneService Companies, provides commercial building maintenance, uniform security, and concierge services. The company has operated as a privately held, family-owned business for over 35 years and emphasizes hands-on management, customer relationships, and prompt service issue resolution. This is a mobile cleaning supervisor position involving travel to sites throughout New York City in a company vehicle. The supervisor conducts site quality inspections, covers open shifts, and delivers supplies. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Pay is $25.00 per hour, on the books.
Requirements
- Valid New York State driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Floor work experience, such as stripping and waxing, buffing, or carpet cleaning; this experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections at service sites.
- Cover open shifts.
- Deliver supplies to sites.
- Travel between sites throughout New York City using a company vehicle.
