About The Position

Delta Facilities Management is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for a stable role at the Puckapunyal military base. The position oversees a dynamic cleaning team, supporting staff to succeed while maintaining safe and effective cleaning services. The supervisor develops rosters for scheduled and reactive cleaning, manages front-of-house office requirements related to accommodation bookings and general enquiries, and helps maintain and review cleaning processes and procedures. The role promotes Job Safety Analysis, wellbeing, team commitment and motivation. The salary is $77,801 plus superannuation, and the schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekend or public holiday work. The preferred applicant must be an Australian citizen and obtain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance and pass an Australian Federal Police check before employment is confirmed.

Requirements

Full Australian citizenship due to the secure nature of the site.
A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transportation to the base.
Experience in a similar position as a cleaner or housekeeper.
Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
Excellent time-management skills.
A positive and friendly attitude.
The preferred applicant must obtain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance and pass an Australian Federal Police check before confirmation of employment.
