About The Position

ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead a commercial cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The supervisor organizes employee shifts and tasks, trains team members in ServiceMaster standards, products, and procedures, conducts quality inspections, responds to customer requests and concerns, and enforces safety and OSHA regulations. The position is near San Marcos Loops, Santa Fe, New Mexico, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pay is $19.50 per hour. A separate Cleaner/Vacuum position is also mentioned, but it is not the role described here.

Requirements
