About The Position

ServiceMaster Clean has been creating cleaner, healthier, safer work environments for customers for more than 60 years. As a ServiceMaster Service Partner, the Commercial Cleaner works with a team to deliver cleaning solutions and customer service. The role involves cleaning customer environments, using ServiceMaster products and tools, and keeping cleaning supplies and equipment organized. On-the-job training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The position is full-time and offers first-, second-, and third-shift schedules.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for up to 100% of the time.
• Ability to work flexibly and at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
• Dependability and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, clean restrooms, and remove trash.
• Use ServiceMaster products and tools to achieve clean results.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and on time.
• Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect.
