About The Position
Demos’ is hiring servers to join its service staff. The restaurant provides training to help servers deliver award-winning service and maximize earning potential through tips. Servers work in a team-oriented environment using a team buddy system, and help provide a positive customer experience beyond simply taking orders.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation arrangements.
- A coachable attitude.
- Ability to handle high-volume work.
Responsibilities
- Go beyond taking orders to provide customers with a memorable experience.
- Learn the menu and help customers with their selections.
- Use the team buddy system to support service.
- Work with other servers, including refilling drinks and running food for them.
- Demonstrate an upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards, and teamwork.
- Handle high-volume work.
