About The Position

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service is hiring experienced Commercial Service Technicians to serve Tampa, Gainesville, and surrounding areas. Technicians troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and warewashing equipment at customer locations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and timely completion of service calls. Compensation is based on skills and certifications held.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background screening.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a driving record that aligns with the company’s safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• CFESA certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and warewashing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain the service vehicle and order necessary parts.
• Lift and move equipment and materials as described in the physical demands.
