About The Position

Happy Home Services is looking for a high-energy Comfort Consultant to join their growing team in the Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping homeowners and light commercial customers upgrade their comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality by assessing needs, educating customers, and designing HVAC solutions. The role offers uncapped commission and support from an experienced operations team.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of HVAC or transferable sales experience
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a full schedule
Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly solutions
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented with a passion for earning
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demand

Responsibilities

Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess comfort, efficiency, and system needs
Conduct in-home and on-site evaluations of existing HVAC systems
Present customized system replacement, upgrade, and comfort improvement solutions
Educate customers on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, financing options, and long-term value
Build detailed proposals and confidently close sales with integrity and professionalism
Manage your schedule effectively to maximize appointments, follow-ups, and close rates
Partner closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions, sales activity, and project details
Represent Happy Home Services with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity every day.
