About The Position
Parker & Sons is currently seeking a Comfort Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be creative, energetic, and dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience. Comfort Consultants will listen to customer needs, work with them to determine the best new equipment, and strive to meet department sales and capacity goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year selling face-to-face with customers
- Driven and passionate about the hunt
- Ability to cultivate existing relationships while farming for new ones
- Dedication to the trade
- Ability to close
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to canvas areas to gain leads

- Experience with HVAC systems
Responsibilities
- Timely follow-up on company provided leads
- Establish customer rapport and ask open questions to determine customer needs
- Present the right products and service solutions
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily understood by the installation team
- Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about products and pricing
- Become an expert of your market area
- Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions
- Ask for referrals to expand your customer base
- Weekly and monthly reports
