About The Position

Bartlett Heating & Cooling is seeking a driven and proven sales professional to join their team as a Comfort Advisor. This role involves meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting HVAC solutions to improve comfort and drive profitable sales. The ideal candidate is a sales winner who is motivated by revenue and eager to build a career where performance directly impacts earnings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience required.
• Proven track record of producing revenue and hitting sales goals.
• Competitive, goal-oriented and motivated to win.
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Comfortable selling directly to homeowners.
• Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must live within 30 miles of our Marietta shop.
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run warm sales call leads to sell HVAC systems.
• Build trust and guide customers through their options.
• Present proposals, financing, and system benefits.
• Close sales and consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Follow up with customers and maximize every opportunity.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Document job details and communicate with the installation team.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Ask for referrals and help grow Bartlett’s customer base.
