Requirements

• At least two years of face-to-face selling experience.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to cultivate existing relationships while developing new ones.
• Dedication to the trade.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to canvas areas to generate leads.

• Experience with HVAC systems; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on company-provided leads.
• Build rapport with customers and ask open-ended questions to determine their needs.
• Present suitable products and service solutions.
