About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager to oversee the overall operation of the Bloomington, Illinois – West service center. The role covers risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The General Manager recruits, recognizes, and retains teammates; monitors current financial performance and reviews prior-month financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. The role ensures repairs are completed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partner requirements, and industry guidelines and standards. The stated pay range is $80,000–$110,000 per year. Caliber describes benefits as available from day one and highlights career growth, paid training, and certifications. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of collision management experience.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Advanced understanding of collision estimating.
Prior experience with CCC1.
Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
