About The Position

Chapman Collision Center Tucson is seeking a dedicated Collision Center Manager to lead and oversee our collision repair operations in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency and quality workmanship.

Requirements

Proven experience in collision repair management or related automotive industry roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with automotive repair software and technology.
Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of insurance procedures and claims processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the collision repair center to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff including technicians, estimators, and customer service personnel.
Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction throughout all phases of repair.
Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate claims and repair processes.
Oversee inventory management including ordering and maintaining parts and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and performance reports.
Implement company policies and goals to drive profitability and growth of the collision center.
