Collision Center Manager
About The Position
A1 Body and Glass is currently interviewing individuals for a Collision Center Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Our Collision Center Manager will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with A1’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards. This position is suited for an individual that can perform as an operator/owner of this specific location. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Management experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Proven ability to attract, develop and retain great talent
- Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
