About The Position

Greet clients and assess their needs, while assisting them in navigating the process of having their vehicle repaired. Customer service is our top priority. The Estimator will follow the repair through from start to finish, updating the client every step of the way. This role is critical because it is the face of our collision center; we want every client to feel Wowed and informed during the repair process. The estimator needs to understand and sympathize with the difficulty of their situation. We want the clients confident that we will restore their vehicle back to pre-accident condition all while keeping them updated and informed.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years estimating experience
• Experience with CCC
• Must have excellent client relations and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean drug screening and clean background
• Organized self motivated professional personality

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Mitchell

Responsibilities

• Work with collision technician to identify any additional damage and the best possible repair plan
• Check in vehicle with client, reviewing any possible prior damage and get proper paperwork signed
• Keep client updated and informed during entire process, utilizing positive client service relations
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies
