About The Position

The Gaylor Electric Summer Internship Program is an 8-to-11 week paid opportunity designed for current students and recent graduates. This program offers meaningful career growth by combining industry-leading technical skill development with world-class professionalism training. Over the past three years, the program has hosted students from over 70 institutions, with more than 200 students participating in the summer program and placed across national Gaylor Electric locations and job sites. Throughout the summer, interns receive support in resume development, interview preparation, business best practices discussions, and professional headshots. The experience concludes with an academic capstone presentation or craft skills assessment. The internship provides hands-on, real-world experience to help students apply their academic knowledge, develop their potential, make key contacts, determine career interests, receive professional feedback, and enhance their resumes.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree that aligns with Gaylor Electric's needs: Construction Management, Engineering (Architectural Engineering, Electrical, Civil and Construction), Occupational Health & Safety, Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or any other related college or work-related experience.
