About The Position

As a College Intern – Digital Services, you will gain exposure to executives and business lines throughout Frost. The role provides insight into the financial industry and supports Frost’s work across banking, brokerage, and investments. The position focuses on product analysis, documentation, operational processes, stakeholder communication, and requirements definition. Interns are expected to act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

Requirements

• Be a junior or senior enrolled in a four-year degree program, or a graduate student.
• Be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Be able to work part-time year-round.
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0, confirmed by transcript.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Have time management skills.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
