About The Position

Wilson & Company offers a training opportunity for students interested in construction administration or civil engineering. Interns apply classroom experience to real-world projects, work as members of the construction administration team for clients, and learn alongside experienced construction professionals. The internship also introduces students to Wilson & Company’s culture and helps them evaluate the firm as a future career option. Interns assist project managers, solve problems, and collaborate with partners on projects that shape the built environment.

Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to commute between school and the office or project site; remote work is not anticipated.
Be responsible and dependable, with the capacity to balance school, internship, and personal demands.
Work cooperatively with team members and other Wilson & Company divisions across its three Colorado offices.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work with a team under a supervisor.
Ability to work outdoors on an active construction site.
Be registered as a junior or senior studying construction or a related field at a local college or university.
