About The Position

The College Intern – Digital Services will be exposed to executives and business lines throughout Frost. The role offers opportunities to build relationships, work on projects, develop skills and professional connections, and gain corporate work experience while continuing an education. The intern will learn about the financial industry and contribute meaningful work to Frost, focusing on product analysis, documentation, operational processes, stakeholder communication, and requirements definition. Requirements

• Be a junior or senior enrolled in a four-year degree program, or a graduate student.
• Currently pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Be able to work part-time year-round.
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0, confirmed by transcript.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Have time management skills.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience with a corporation providing banking, brokerage, and investment services to develop an understanding of the financial industry.
