About The Position

Uline’s year-long College Graduate Development Program provides training and mentorship to help recent college graduates develop essential skills before placement in a role aligned with their strengths, interests, and passions. Participants learn Uline’s core business model through extensive training, hands-on projects, and interaction with executive leaders. The program is based at Uline’s Kenosha Branch and is on-site. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Business-related bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to multitask and a proven ability to learn quickly.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within team settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s products, systems, processes, and customers through hands-on work in customer service, operations, analytics, and other areas of the business.
• Work on cross-functional projects to understand general business practices.
• Review and analyze business reports and data to drive organizational growth and continuous operational improvement.
• Strengthen communication and analytical skills through hands-on projects.
• Interact with executive leaders to gain skills and insight.
• Complete the program and move into a role aligned with interests and passions.
