About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and accountable professional to join our team as a Collections Specialist. If you have call center experience, strong computer skills, and a results-driven attitude, we want to hear from you. This role is located in Liverpool, NY, but remote applications will be considered.
Requirements
- Prior debt collection or call center experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable using computers and collection software.
- Reliability and good attendance are a must.
- Ability to engage with consumers professionally and effectively.
- Must work well in a collaborative environment.
- Regular attendance at Zoom meetings is required.
- Must be available to work full time.
