About The Position

Sentry Credit, now part of the TrueML family, is revolutionizing the debt resolution industry by combining local legacy with an innovative, empathy-driven approach. We have retired aggressive, old-school tactics in favor of a modern, helpful consumer experience. We are currently expanding our Account Collections team and looking for motivated individuals who value respect as much as results. The schedule for this class will be Mon-Fri 8a-430p starting on 8/31!

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
A high sense of ownership, resilience, and dependability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Look past the surface of a "no" to find a "how."
Goal-oriented self-starter with a competitive mindset and a drive to succeed
Remain calm under pressure, handle rejection with grace, and maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
An eye for detail and the ability to manage your time and tasks efficiently
A strong work ethic to the team and can pivot easily as priorities change

Nice To Haves

Experience in 3rd-party collections
Strong backgrounds in Customer Service or Sales who are looking to transition their skills

Responsibilities

Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability
Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service
Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels
Contribute to a dynamic call center culture by joining a team that's constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stability
Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily goals and maximize your commission potential.
