Requirements

2+ years of recent third-party collections experience required, including current or recent experience in a collection agency environment.
Must reside in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or Illinois.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts.
Use proven collection strategies to secure payment resolutions and meet performance objectives.
Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable collection regulations.
Deliver a positive consumer experience while achieving collection goals.
