Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
At least one year of professional work experience
Ability to commit to a hybrid work model (in office on Wednesdays only)
Comfortable navigating standard office equipment and tools, including phones, computer systems, internal and external portals, and Excel

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of key TMS and financial systems, including Sage Intacct, Concur, JPMorgan Chase (JPM), and Excel

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with vendors and brokers to initiate and manage payment setup
Audit payments to ensure accurate accounting
Use Excel to perform large-scale analysis on projects and payments
Perform data entry and post encounters accurately
Respond promptly to account inquiries and complaints to identify solutions and de-escalate tension via email, phone or other communication channels
Process carrier, vendor and customer invoices in a timely manner
Bill customers through their preferred third-party payment portals
Complete other special projects and duties as assigned
