Currently seeking Collection Agents in Major Banks, Government and Telecommunications portfolios. Senior Collectors must have at least 3 years of 3rd party collections experience or 1 year student loan servicing experience. Training for this role is conducted onsite at our Scarborough office, with hybrid work available upon completion of onsite training. Agents working a hybrid schedule may be required to return to fully on-site work if remote performance does not meet established standards or expectations.

Acute computer skills
Negotiate repayment arrangement
Accurately update consumer account information
Utilize various trace tools to locate consumer information
Clearly document call results
Exceed minimum performance requirements
Adhere to strict security policies & procedures
Adhere to provincial and state laws
High speed internet with ethernet cord connection (our system is not compatible with WIFI)
Smart Phone with Microsoft Authenticator app to connect to VPN
At least 3 years of 3rd party collections experience or 1 year student loan servicing experience (for Senior Collectors)
