Hybrid Collections Account Representative
About The Position
This is a hybrid position in the Houston, TX area. Candidates MUST reside in the Houston area and be able to work from home. The role will initially be in office for the first seven (7) weeks, which will include four (4) weeks of training. The position will then transition to a Hybrid work schedule. ARS National Services Inc. is looking for driven, customer-focused professionals to help consumers navigate financial difficulties and find real solutions. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional
- Critical thinking + active listening
- Comfort with basic math (working with percentages)
- Basic computer skills & reliable high-speed internet
- Must reside in the Houston area
- Able to work from home

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and confidence
- Analyze financial situations and offer tailored solutions
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and full repayments
- Stay sharp with quality and FDCPA compliance
- Keep accurate records and collaborate with team leads
- Engage with your team on camera during shifts
