About The Position

SHOWTYME HOME FURNISHINGS is seeking a Collections Manager for their Alexandria location. This role involves extensive customer contact to renew rental agreements, driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise, cleaning and refurbishing merchandise, performing service calls, loading and unloading freight, and engaging in sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. The position also includes other general duties as directed by management.

Requirements

Heavy lifting (able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly)
Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good MVR
Excellent customer service skills
minimum 23 years of age

Collections, sales, management or customer service experience helpful
Sales, collections, or customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Heavy Lifting: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Collections (Extensive contact with customers by phone or at the home to renew rental agreements)
Drive company vehicles (Class D chauffeur's license required and minimum 23 years of age)
Pick up merchandise from customer homes if not able to pay
Cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise
Service calls (trouble shoot rental merchandise, deliver loaners when needed)
Load and unload freight trucks
Sales (Furniture, appliances, electronics)
Other general duties as directed by management
