About The Position
The Collections Manager is responsible for extensive contact with customers by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements. This role also involves driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes if customers are unable to pay, cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise, performing service calls to troubleshoot rental merchandise and deliver loaners, loading and unloading freight trucks, and engaging in sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. Other general duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Heavy lifting (able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly)
- Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good MVR
- Minimum 23 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Collections, sales, management or customer service experience helpful
- Sales, collections, or customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Heavy Lifting: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
