You'll help keep youth programs running, support families with compassion, strengthen community partnerships, help funding flow into life-changing programs, and build systems that make a real impact. As Collections Manager, you’ll help ensure kids continue accessing safe and supportive spaces, families receive support and guidance, funding and reimbursements are processed smoothly, and the organization remains strong and sustainable. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related finance experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Experience with Salesforce/MyClubHub.
  • Experience with Bill.com.
  • Experience with Excel or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CCAP or childcare subsidy programs preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage collections related to membership fees, donor pledges, CCAP payments, and grant reimbursements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payment trends.
  • Communicate with families, donors, grantors, and agencies.
  • Create payment plans and support solutions for families.
  • Help strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability.
  • Process CCAP certificates.
  • Track attendance claims and reimbursement timelines.
  • Communicate with CCR&R and funding agencies.
  • Support grant reimbursement submissions.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and organized.
  • Maintain records in QuickBooks, Salesforce/MyClubHub, Bill.com, and Excel.
  • Prepare collection and reimbursement reports.
  • Identify trends, risks, and process improvements.
  • Support efficient and organized financial operations.
  • Support families with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with Development, Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately.
  • Help create a positive experience for everyone you interact with.
