The Collections Manager is responsible for extensive contact with customers by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements. This role also involves driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes, cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise, performing service calls to troubleshoot rental merchandise and deliver loaners, loading and unloading freight trucks, and engaging in sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. Other general duties as directed by management are also part of this role.
