About The Position

This full-time position involves extensive customer contact via phone and in-person to renew rental agreements. Responsibilities include driving company vehicles to pick up merchandise from customer homes, cleaning and refurbishing returned items, performing service calls to troubleshoot and deliver loaner merchandise, loading and unloading freight trucks, and engaging in sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. The role also includes other general duties as directed by management.

Requirements

Heavy lifting (able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly)
Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good MVR
Excellent customer service skills
minimum 23 years of age
Class D Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Collections, sales, management or customer service experience helpful
Sales, collections, or customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Heavy Lifting: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Collections (Extensive contact with customers by phone or at the home to renew rental agreements)
Drive company vehicles (Class D chauffeur's license required and minimum 23 years of age)
Pick up merchandise from customer homes if not able to pay
Cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise
Service calls (trouble shoot rental merchandise, deliver loaners when needed)
Load and unload freight trucks
Sales (Furniture, appliances, electronics)
Other general duties as directed by management
