About The Position

Pavion is seeking a motivated Jr AR Collections Analyst to join its shared services team. Pavion provides fire, security, and communication integration solutions, including fire alarm systems, critical communications, video surveillance, access control, and AV technologies. The role focuses on accounts receivable collections, account research, reporting, reconciliation, customer issue resolution, and dispute management.

The position requires working Monday to Friday, either 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The hourly range is $18.00–$25.00, with the starting rate determined by qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, with strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment.
• High level of customer service ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to working in a quality environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, either 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Nice To Haves

• College degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Experience supporting US English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 or more collection calls daily.
• Conduct account research and analysis.
• Prepare and maintain various reports.
• Maintain accurate aging reports.
• Identify and execute necessary process adjustments.
• Send statements and reminders to customers with outstanding balances.
• Reconcile accounts receivable against customer payables.
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain the dispute management process for related items.
• Comply with the Pavion Collections Handbook.
