About The Position
Torch Technologies is seeking a Collateral Security Manager to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401), which synchronizes and integrates counter-small unmanned aircraft systems (C-sUAS) efforts for federal stakeholders. The incumbent will provide security functions that enable JIATF 401 to implement and maintain its security posture and manage its secure facility and personnel. This is an onsite position with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and 0–10% travel. The position is not contingent upon a contract award; relocation assistance is not available.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper implementation and application of DoD security policies and procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing visitor control for government civilians, military personnel, and contractors through DISS and the VAR process.
- Maintain PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC, OPSEC, and COMSEC programs.
- Control classified information, including its receipt, distribution, and storage.
- Coordinate security requirements for military, government, and contractor personnel.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of requirements for operating secure facilities.
