As one of Florida's growing roofing contractors, we're expanding our in-house marketing and lead generation team to better serve homeowners throughout our communities. We're looking for a motivated, resilient Cold Caller / Appointment Setter who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, start conversations, and create opportunities. This position focuses exclusively on appointment setting—you will not be responsible for closing sales.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong resilience
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a call center is preferred
- Roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- High volume of outbound calls per day
- Engage homeowners using provided call scripts and lead lists
- Build rapport and identify qualified prospects
- Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives
- Accurately document conversations and appointment details in our CRM
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout the day
- Consistently meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals
- Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and results
