As a Coffeehouse Consultant, you will be the strategic and operational partner to our Licensed Coffeehouse locations, championing service excellence, brand standards, and business performance. You’ll influence Licensee leaders, drive operational consistency, and support portfolio growth through data-driven insights and collaborative consulting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in operational consulting, business analytics, or multi-unit retail leadership.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including labor models, inventory management, and P&L ownership.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting operational audits, coaching leaders and teams, and driving compliance with brand standards.
  • A growth mindset, with the curiosity and courage to unlock possibilities and influence work across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-first culture, coaching Licensees to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Starbucks brand standards.
  • Leverage performance dashboards and analytics to identify trends and guide Licensees in creating targeted action plans to improve sales, labor utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with Licensee leadership, influencing decisions and driving alignment around brand priorities and operational excellence.
  • Model a One Team mentality, collaborating across teams to support shared goals and consistent execution.
