About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking a Cocktail Server to join its Food and Beverage Team. The role focuses on providing attentive food and beverage service and creating memorable guest experiences through warm, upbeat hospitality. The property has 170 rooms, banquet space, and four food and beverage outlets, including a Tuscan steakhouse, rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, upbeat service and proactively seek ways to make guests’ experiences special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
