About The Position
This is a part-time Cocktail Server position at SHM. The role involves serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring quality and presentation, maintaining a clean work area, utilizing the company's point of sale system, and keeping accurate sales records. The server must understand the organization's goals and vision, role model the guest service program, and comply with all company policies and procedures, including liquor laws regarding service to minors or intoxicated individuals.

Responsibilities
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Assures quality, consistency and proper presentation of all served beverages.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Utilizes company point of sale system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales.
- Clean and restock work area at end of shift.
- Understand the goals and vision of the organization.
- Must role model guest service program.
- Must comply with company policies and procedures.
- Know liquor law service to anyone under age 21 or to anyone intoxicated is prohibited.
- Must Role Model Company guest service program.
- Other duties as assigned.
