About The Position

Gigi Beach Club Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering an elevated food and beverage experience to guests in a beachfront setting. This role combines high-energy service with luxury hospitality standards, providing attentive, personalized service while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Requirements

Must be able to work outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry up to 25–30 lbs for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
Valid TABC Certification required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a cocktail server or in food & beverage service preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume environment
Outgoing, energetic personality with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to carry trays and serve multiple guests efficiently
Food Handler Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests on the beach, including chairs, cabanas, and lounge areas
Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system in a timely manner
Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and attention to detail
Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience
Upsell menu items, specialty cocktails, and beach club packages
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and guest spaces
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and beach attendants to ensure efficient service
